THE IDEA IS PRETTY SIMPLE
A missed workout. A week of bad sleep. A goal you’re not sure you can hit. Those are the moments Miles is being built for.
Text what’s going on. Get help deciding what comes next.
WHAT WE’RE WORKING ON
Training built around your race and available days, with adjustments when the week doesn’t go to plan.
Your watch data alongside how you actually feel. A hard run needs context, not just a score.
Help setting a realistic target and understanding what it’ll take to get there. Including when we need more information.
WHY I STARTED MILES
Andrew, founderI’m a runner with a COROS watch. I started building Miles over a weekend because I wanted coaching I could just text.
It’s a small, private prototype right now. The next step is finding runners who want to try it and tell me where it falls short.
TRY IT EARLY
We’ll get in touch about beta access and launch updates. No payment details, and no subscription starts here.
Other watches and Android support are being explored. Final pricing and features will be confirmed before you’re asked to pay.
No. Miles is AI, not a person replying to your texts. The goal is useful, personal training support. It isn’t a replacement for medical care or a promise of a particular race result.
Not yet. Miles is a private prototype. Joining the waitlist lets us know you’re interested; it doesn’t guarantee a beta place or a launch date.
Tell us in the form. COROS is the first beta focus and Garmin is planned. Apple Watch, Samsung, and other connections are being explored.
No. We’re starting with adult runners who already run and want help with structure, consistency, or a race goal.
Just your email, watch preference, and goal, along with your signup time. You aren’t connecting a watch or sharing health records.
